Arizona Self Help

Arizona Self Help is a free, confidential online service that allows you to prescreen for 40 social service programs. Offered in both English and Spanish, the web-based program can be accessed directly from your computer, smart phone or handheld device.

Users can be prescreened for programs in the following categories:

  • Food & Nutrition

  • Housing and Utilities

  • Financial Benefits

  • Services for Seniors and People with Disabilities

  • Health Care

  • Child and Family Resources

  • Jobs and Employment
