Energy Assistance

The Home Energy Assistance Fund (HEAF) assists low-income Arizona families and households pay heating, cooling, and appliance repair costs. Funding for the program is supported by utility providers, private donations, and abandoned utility deposits.

Partner with Wildfire and Arizona’s utility providers to help families and households apply for energy assistance. Click here to download a HEAF Partner Application.

In addition to HEAF, utility companies offer a variety of programs to assist their customers in managing their utility bills. These range from discount and conservation programs to additional bill assistance programs. To find out more, please visit the utility provider websites below.
