People’s Information Guide

The People’s Information Guide is a comprehensive listing of hundreds of free and low-cost services and programs throughout Arizona. Eligibility requirements may apply.

Information is arranged by category in both the English and Spanish* editions and includes:

  • Program description
  • Eligibility requirements that may apply
  • Instructions about how to apply
  • Documents you need to bring with you
  • Information about where you can apply for assistance
